Advisory Board
Strategic guidance. Mission alignment. Movement integrity.
The CPVAWG Advisory Board brings together experienced voices from across advocacy, research, education, public policy, and frontline service provision. While we are not a traditional board of directors, our Advisory Board plays a vital role in shaping our direction, ensuring our work remains grounded, intersectional, and bold in its pursuit of prevention.
Our board members act as strategic advisors, critical friends, and thought partners - helping us stay accountable to our mission and the communities we serve.
What Our Advisory Board Does
Provides independent strategic guidance on CPVAWG’s mission, approach, and impact
Advises on research priorities, partnerships, and ethical considerations
Supports CPVAWG’s public presence, credibility, and thought leadership
Helps connect our work with broader movements and initiatives
Structure & Accountability

Members serve in an independent, advisory capacity.
They may also contribute to short-term working groups or task forces based on their specific area of expertise.
